The Public Safety Department operates a campus shuttle service that is designed to provide safe transportation to and from all campus buildings and parking lots. The shuttle service is available to all members of the campus community.
With the exception of those locations noted below, the MSOE shuttle service area is bounded by: North Market St. on the west, East Ogden St. on the north, East Wells St. on the south, and N. Van Buren St. on the east. Requests for shuttle service must originate or terminate at an MSOE building or parking lot.

The hours of the shuttle service are as follows:
| Sunday | 3:45 p.m. - 12 midnight |
| Monday - Thursday | 7:15 a.m.* - 12 midnight |
| Friday: | 7:15 a.m.* - 5:45 p.m. |
*5:30 a.m. starting time for ROTC students going to and from Marquette University to attend ROTC classes.
Note: Due to the
shuttle driver's mandatory 30 minute lunch break, the shuttle is not in
operation from noon to 12:30 p.m. and from 8:00 to 8:30
p.m.
Shuttle Service Area
Although the campus shuttle service is primarily an on-campus safety service, the campus shuttle may go outside of the above designated service area to the following locations, if on-campus conveyance volume and weather conditions permit:
- Student parking structure, 215 W. Pleasant St.
- Commuter parking structure, 314 W. Highland Ave.
- Amtrak Station, 433 W. St. Paul Avenue
- Badger Bus Company, 635 N. James Lovell Drive
- Greyhound Bus Company, 606 N. James Lovell Drive
- Documented medical appointments or emergency treatment at:
- Mount Sinai Hospital, 945 N. 12th Street
- St. Mary Hospital, 2323 N. Lake Drive
- Aurora Health Center, 1575 N. RiverCenter Drive
- Aurora Urgent Care, 946 N. Van Buren Street
- Farwell Avenue Clinic, 1845 N. Farwell Avenue
- Blount Orthopedic Clinic, 625 E. St. Paul Avenue
- Cathedral Square Urgent Care/Outpatient Clinic, 734 N. Jackson Street
All requests for conveyances outside the normal shuttle boundaries, for either pick-up or drop-off end at 10 p.m. (Sun-Thurs).

Area Mass Transit
Area mass transit includes the bus and trolley lines, operated by the Milwaukee County Transportation System. Many routes stops are within or near campus.
