Program Educational Objectives

The software engineering program at MSOE implements the university's mission by facilitating the personal and professional growth of its students so that they can become effective contributors to the engineering profession and to society as a whole. Graduates of the software engineering program will:

• be able to unite theory with practice, be prepared and motivated to engage in lifelong learning, and have a solid foundation in mathematics and science.
• be productive practitioners skilled in applying engineering process and practice to software components and systems.
