Brain Waves is a boggling, baffling,
conundrum-filled, mind-bending mathematical experience, chocked full of
perplexing puzzles, tantalizing tricks, variable verses and mesmerizing mental
pitfalls. Published by MSOE's Mathematics Department, Brain Waves encourages creative, ‘outside-the-classroom' thought
from students, faculty and staff.
Submissions -
all related to mathematics - include drawings, equations, puzzles, tricks and
techniques, poetry, and - in the case of faculty - creative answers to
questions on exams.
The Mathematics Department reserves the right to decline any submissions deemed to be inappropriate, confusing or plagiarized.
