The MSEM Thesis provides students with an opportunity to demonstrate the breadth and scope of their learning. It requires students to use what they have learned in their program of study and how they have applied this knowledge in the workplace. The successful outcome of the project will be more than the sum of the individual parts (courses). It will be the sum plus a synergistic effect. Therefore, the thesis requires the student to learn how to use the knowledge accumulated during their course work in a holistic or comprehensive manner.
