As a student of MSOE you could study at one of the oldest and best technical universities in the world, Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague, Czech Republic. The program often is called an exchange program, because CTU students also come to MSOE to study.
During the course of your career, you will most likely do business with a company from another culture. Having the experience of living and studying in another country - even if it's not the same one you do business with - is a great benefit as you learn about different cultures.
The program is structured to make the exchange comfortable, rewarding and educational. Key features include:
- All courses are taught in English.
- Students can select course work that will transfer for academic credit toward their MSOE degree.
- Instruction in conversational Czech is offered.

Capital of the Czech Republic, Prague's spired buildings, famed bridges over the flowing Vltava River and cobbled streets make it one of the world's most beautiful and charming cities. The only major city of Central Europe to escape the bombs of World Wars I and II, it is Europe's best-preserved Baroque city along with a rich heritage of 20th-century Art Nouveau design. At the center of Prague is the pedestrian-friendly Old Town, the Lesser Town and the Jewish Quarter. More than a place of architecture and traditional culture, the city also is the social and cultural center of the Czech Republic with an entrepreneurial energy coursing through its streets.
