What is a Minnesota Student Educational Loan Fund (SELF) Loan?

Complete Online SELF Counseling
All first time MSOE SELF loan recipients are required to complete entrance Counseling prior to receiving funds. Please complete your SELF Loan Counseling online.

Complete SELF Loan Application Online
If you have completed the SELF Loan Counseling, you can complete the SELF loan application online, or contact MSOE's Financial Aid Office to request a paper application at (800) 778-7223.
