Armed Forces Tuition Assistance (TA) is a benefit paid to eligible members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard. Congress has given each service the ability to pay up to 100% for the tuition expenses of its members. Each service has its own criteria for eligibility, obligated service, and application process' and restrictions.

- Complete and submit MSOE's Veteran's Education Benefits worksheet which is available for download and printing or a copy may be picked up in the MSOE Financial Aid Office. This must be done every academic year if you wish to have us certify your benefits for the year.
- Complete and submit a Department of Veteran Affairs' Veteran Information Worksheet which is available for download and printing or a copy may be picked up in MSOE's Financial Aid Office. This must be done once at the beginning of your academic career at MSOE if you wish to have us certify your benefits for the year and anytime after that you change benefits or credit load.
Payment Information
TA Funds are authorized up to 100% of tuition not to exceed
$250 per semester hour equivalent and $4500 per individual per fiscal
year. Within the caps and limits, fees
may be paid along with tuition when the fees are directly required for course
enrollment. Funding varies between
branches.
