Raiders Finish Season at North Central College
 

A few members of the MSOE men's track and field team competed at the Gregory Track and Field Invitational at North Central College last week.  The event was the last of the season for the Raiders.

Brian Seniuk finished eighth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 49.36. His time was eight tenths short of qualifying for Nationals.

Dominic Maio was 15th in the 800 meter run at 1:55.01. Maio was two seconds short of qualifying for Nationals. Tim Carlson finished fifth in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 33:14.12. Zak Lutz had a time of 9:57.92 in the 3000 meter steeplechase event.

Raiders Finish Season at Wisconsin Twilight

The MSOE women's track team was in Madison, Wis. this past Friday and Saturday to compete in the Wisconsin Twilight.  Heather DeLany finished fourth in the 800 meter run, second best among Division III runners.  Both Division I and Division III runners competed in the event. Libby Nowak was sixth in the 3000 meter steeplechase.

Kristina Tielens finished 11th in the 800 meter run and Emily Schmeling was 11th in the 3000 meter run.  No team scores were kept at the meet.

Raiders Compete at Wisconsin Twilight 

The MSOE men's track team competed in the Wisconsin Twilight in Madison, Wis. this past Friday and Saturday.  Brian Seniuk finished eighth in the 200 meter dash and fifth in the 400 meter dash.  Seniuk was the highest Division III finisher in the 400 meter dash.  A number of Division I schools also competed in the meet.   Dominic Maio finished eighth in the 1500 meter run.

Zak Lutz was third in the 3000 meter steeplechase and Bob Kester was sixth in that race.  Kyle Rate finished eighth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump.
