11.20.2009 :: Banks Named NAC Coach of the Year
The 2009 men’s soccer season has been a banner year for the Raiders and Head Coach Jimmy Banks. In the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) preseason poll, the conference coaches predicted MSOE to finish fifth, but Banks and the Raiders exceeded everyone’s expectations, completing the regular season with a 9-1-1 NAC.

11.15.2009 :: MSOE competes at the Midwest Regionals
The MSOE Raiders men’s and women’s cross country teams completed their season by competing at the Midwest Regionals, held November 14, 2009 at the Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wisconsin. The men’s team placed 26th , while the women placed 37th overall.

11.12.2009 :: NAC Men's Soccer awards announced; Westrich Defensive Player of the Year, Banks Coach of the Year
The MSOE Raiders men’s soccer team received positive recognition by the conference coaches as the team collected 10 postseason honors including Defensive Player of the Year in Joe Westrich (Racine, Wis./St. Catherines) and nine year head coach Jimmy Banks being named the NAC Coach of the Year.
