Sowinski tabbed for NAC volleyball honors

MSOE outside hitter Allie Sowinski (Franklin, Wis./Pius XI) was chosen the Northern Athletics Conference Student-Athlete of the week, for the week ending September 21, 2008.
In five matches on the week, Sowinski averaged 5.10 kills and 3.60 digs perset. The senior outside hitter had a 28 kill match in MSOE's 3-2 victory over Viterbo University. MSOE finished the week 4-0 and won the MSOE Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008.
