Women's Cross Country places ninth at the Wisconsin Private School Invitational

Mequon, Wis.-- The MSOE Raiders women's cross country team placed ninth at the Wisconsin Private School Invitational held in Mequon, Wisconsin.
With a score of 67 points, Beloit edged out Ripon by one point to win the event. Wisconsin Lutheran (95), Viterbo (134) and St.Norbert (138) rounded out the top five teams.
Individually for the Raiders, Amanda Heller placed 12th (20:49) followed by Erin Hoefs (21:53, 31), Emily Schmeling (22:20, 43), and Laura Anthony (22:28, 44).
Jessica Davey of Ripon won the event with a time of 19:18, followed closely by Sarah Olson of Alverno (19:38) and Ashley Vana of Concordia-Wisconsin.
