Heller receives NAC honors

Mequon, Wis.--Amanda Heller placed 15th at the Northern Athletics Conference women's cross country championships, held Saturday at Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. Her finish earned her recognition as an All-NAC honorable mention selection.
Heller ran the six- kilometer course with a time of 25:09 and was the faster Raider at the meet. She led the team to a seventh place finish. Aurora won the event with a team score of 50, followed by Concordia-Wisconsin (92) and Benedictine (106) in the standings.
Other Raider finishes include Erin Haefs (30th place, 26:39), Emily Schmeling (31, 26:43), Laura Anthony (40, 27:17), Linnea Elliott (66, 32:40) and Tanzania Sewell (67, 34:58.).
