Women''s Basketball ties school record, defeats Cougars

Milwaukee, Wis. -- In front of a National Girls and Women in Sports day crowd, The Raiders defeated the Concordia-Chicago Cougars 67-50. The win ties school record of wins in a season(12) for the women's basketball program.
Megan Syverson led the Raiders on six-of-12 shooting from the field, 3-of-5 from three-point range, and a perfect 10-of-10 from the foul line. Carol Cayo contributed on the boards, collecting 13 rebounds and adding eight points, seven assists and five block shots for the game. For MSOE, Margie Wellstein and Kelly Costello added 14 and 11 points, respectively.
