MSOE men's golf picked to finish third in NAC preseason poll

The MSOE men's golf team has been selected to finish third in the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) preseason poll. The poll includes votes from the 10 head men's golf coaches in the NAC.
Last season, the Raiders finished fourth at the NAC Championship and fifth at the NAC Spring AQ Meet. The combination of those two events determines the NAC team who qualifies for the NCAA Division III Championships. The Raiders won the 2008 NAC Championship and competed in the 2009 NCAA Division III Championships.
This year's NAC Championship is Oct. 10-11 at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wis. The 2011 NAC Spring AQ Meet will be Apr. 18-19. MSOE starts their season Sept. 3-4 at the Edgewood College Fall Classic in Janesville, Wis.
