MSOE women's soccer edged by Lake Forest

The MSOE women's soccer team fell to Lake Forest 2-1 Thursday evening in Lake Forest in a non-conference match. Junior Jessica Axt scored her second goal of the season at the 18:25 mark of the first half on a pass from freshman Paul Bohl. Axt now has 35 goals in her Raider career, the most in school history. Bohl has now three assists on the season.

Sophomore goalkeeper Emma Lumpe made four saves for MSOE. In addition to her assist, Bohl also had three shots on goal.

The Raiders open up their NAC schedule this Saturday at Time Warner Cable against Rockford at 1 p.m.
