MSOE men's soccer shuts out Marian

The Raiders knocked off Marian 2-0 Tuesday night in a NAC match in Milwaukee. MSOE got on the board when freshman Patrick Gathof scored on a pass from junior Dan Hosko at the 31:50 mark of the first half. Hosko assisted another goal at the 46:30 mark when senior Rafael Arndt scored his team-leading fifth goal of the season.
Junior goalkeeper Jon Cerny made three saves to shut out the Sabres. The Raiders out shot Marian 16-4 for the game and are now 5-0 on the season at home. MSOE (6-7, 5-2 NAC) faces Concordia-Chicago Saturday in River Forest, Ill. at 1 p.m.
