MSOE men's tennis picks up two more NAC wins

The Raiders garnered victories against Concordia-Chicago and Dominican Saturday in Milwaukee to run their NAC record to 4-1. MSOE beat the Cougars 6-3 and shutout the Stars 9-0 at the McKinley Marina Courts. In the first match of the day against Concordia-Chicago, juniors Juan Montenegro and Mark Schadler combined to win at No. 1 doubles while senior Dustin Holzhauer and sophomore Jeff Scarpelli were victorious at No. 2 doubles.
In singles action, Montenegro, Schadler, Scarpelli and freshman Eric Klamrowski came out on top for the Raiders. Against Dominican, Montenegro, Holzhauer, Schadler, Klamrowski, Scarpelli and sophomore Nicholas Matsuura each won in singles. In doubles competition, Montenegro, Schadler, Holzhauer, Scarpelli, Matsuura and Klamrowski were in action and each picked up victories.
MSOE will face Lakeland Wednesday at 4 p.m. in Sheboygan, Wis.
