Men's Soccer falls in Overtime

In the seaon finale for the men's soccer team, they fought hard but came up on the short end of a 3-2 overtime thriller.
The MSOE Raiders got on the scoreboard sixteen minutes into the game off a Patrick Goodale shot with Nick Hammel getting the assist on the play.
Beloit added two goals before the Raiders Hammel scored in the 80th minute of play. On the play, Freshman Danny Fuerbringer set the play up by crossing a ball cross field to Ben Hermann, who in turn, crossed it to Hammel, scoring on a beautiful header.
With the game going onto overtime,Beloit scored the game winning goal nine minutes into the first overtime period.
Despite the loss, MSOE's sophomore goalie Andy Blau played well, saving ten shots compared to Beloit's four saves in the game.
The Raiders complete their season with a 6-10-1 overall record.
