MLC adds four new members for 2013 season

The Midwest Lacrosse Conference recently approved the expansion of the conference to 14 members. The four new members joining the MLC for the spring 2013 schedule are: Augustana College (Ill.), Benedictine University (Ill.), Defiance College and Elmhurst College. MSOE is a charter member of the conference.
Hanover College joins the schedule next season (spring of 2012) and was approved in 2010 as the MLC's 10th member.
The current nine members of the NCAA Division III conference, which just completed its second season of competition, are: Adrian College, Albion College, Aurora University, Carthage College, Concordia University Wisconsin, Fontbonne University, MSOE, College of Mount St. Joseph and Trine University.
Adrian has won the conference's first two titles, and recently competed in the NCAA III Championship Tournament, losing a first round game in overtime. It was the first appearance in the national tournament by a MLC team.
