Raiders finish NCAA Championship in 25th place

The MSOE men's golf team took part in the second round of the NCAA Division III Championship Wednesday in Greensboro, N.C. The Raiders finished 25th at the tournament. The top 15 teams advanced to the next round. MSOE shot a combined 19-over par 307 on the day. Junior Dane Zachman and senior Peter Eich both shot a one-over 73. Zachman finished the event in a tie for 34th while Eich finished tied for 47th.
Freshman Scott Loftus was two strokes better in his second round with an 80 while seniors Jason Arnes and Ben Turk carded scores of 81 and 83, respectively. St. John's (Minnesota) currently leads all teams with a two-round score of 577.
