Job Description:
General duties include: furniture moving and repair, electrical work; light switch/outlet testing, lamp and ballast replacement, painting, repair of resident rooms, raking, mowing, trimming bushes, picking up trash and planting/watering flowers, plubming; pipe replacement, faucet repair, toilet replacement. Must not have any dust or chemical allergies. Must be able to use a ladder and able to lift 50 lbs. assisted.
