This position works as part of the Technical Services team in the Information Technology Department.
Responsibilities:
- Programming
- Writing, editing and troubleshooting Scripts and Web Applications
- Documentation
- Code, Processes, and Workflows
- Customer Service Skills
- Working with Faculty and Staff to resolve tickets and complete projects
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Working knowledge of PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Perl and SQL
- An understanding of relational databases and software version control are all desirable
- Experience working in a Linux environment a plus
- Experience with SharePoint 2010 desirable
