Benefits of MSOE degree
MSOE is recognized in industry as a source of high quality hands-on education. This gives the student a leg up in the future because when employers see that the student graduated from MSOE they know they have proven they can work with equipment and other people effectively. I will be able to utilize the interpersonal skills that I have learned in project environments at work and all other aspects of my life. MSOE has also helped me to learn that whenever I feel that I have reached my limits that I am able to push past them to succeed.

What is the one thing you want prospective students to know?
College is what you make it. The opportunities to get involved on campus in student orgs and the opportunities that you have to learn from teachers inside and outside the classroom are what you them. A love for what you do and a drive to succeed will enable you to excel at whatever you put your mind to and the MSOE faculty, staff, and student body will be there to support you and help you in your endeavors. With that in mind I have been pushed to new heights each year that were not fathomable even the year before. Hold onto your hat because MSOE can help take you even farther than you you could go.
