Why did you choose MSOE?
I chose MSOE because of its amazing reputation and because its Industrial Engineering program is highly ranked.
What were you involved in at MSOE?
I was involved in Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) student chapter.
What did you like about MSOE?
I really enjoyed the small campus and great professors who are always more than willing to help. I liked the fact that there are no teaching assistants and the classes are very small. I also felt like I was acquiring great experience applying what we learned in class to real-world problems because most of our projects were for real clients.
What do you hope to do after graduation?
I hope to work in manufacturing or logistics and apply all the skills that I am gained at MSOE.
What advice do you have for anyone who is considering attending MSOE?
I would say, MSOE is a really awesome engineering, nursing, and business school. But the most important thing for a high school student trying to make this really hard decision is to come visit! Finding out if this is the right atmosphere for you is one of the most important factors in being successful in college. Also, talking to current students is a great way to find out what school here is really like.
