CINAHL With Full Text Nursing Database
CINAHL indexes and abstracts over 950 professional journals in nursing, 17 allied health disciplines, and health sciences librarianship. Coverage in some cases is back to 1982. Healthcare books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings, standards of practice, educational software in nursing, audiovisuals, and book chapters are covered.
This is a full text database for over 550 journals. Therefore, in some -- but not all cases -- articles are available online.
A very nice feature of this database is that all references are included -- and searchable -- for all articles, regardless of whether or not the article is available online.
For best results, you will most likely need to employ the Advanced Search features of this database.<
Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition
Health Source provides nearly 550 scholarly full text journals, including over 400 peer-reviewed journals focusing on many medical disciplines. Also featured are abstracts and indexing for over 615 journals. Coverage of nursing and allied health is particularly strong.
