At MSOE, we’re committed to helping you launch your future. Career planning begins in your first year with mentoring opportunities from faculty, staff and alumni. We personalize our services to meet your needs, whether it’s locating internships, searching for employment, or researching graduate schools.

And our focus pays off. MSOE’s graduate placement rate is 98 percent, and the overall average starting salary for undergraduates is over $51,000.


Comprehensive Programs and Services
The Career Placement Office assists undergraduates, graduating seniors, graduate students and alumni in reaching career goals. We’ll help you hone your interviewing skills and develop a job-search strategy. We host employers conducting job interviews on campus and offer an online database, Career Net, with employer job postings as well as student and alumni resumes. And our annual Career Fair, held in October, brings industry leaders to campus to meet and interview students.

Career Placement Office
