Some of the finest indie rock talent in the country will come together for one night in Milwaukee - the seventh annual A Very Milky Christmas concert, sponsored by now-defunct Milk Magazine. The magazine is gone, but the show lives on with Low, Maritime, Troubled Hubble and Greg Steffke. The show, which supports independent radio station WMSE 91.7 FM, begins at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 at MSOE's Todd Wehr Auditorium (1047 N. Broadway (and Highland)). It is an all-ages show.

The evening will include:

The Midwest's favorite slow and sad band, Low. The band has had another amazing year - including the opening act for Radiohead -- and what better way to cap it off than by headlining A Very Milky Christmas Seven

Maritime: Davey Dan from the Promise Ring's latest incarnation

    Troubled Hubble

    Greg Steffke

A portion of the proceeds from A Very Milky Christmas benefit Frontier Radio, 91.7 WMSE. Advance tickets are available for $11 online or cash at the door; $12 for check or charge tickets.
