            <description>Madison, Wis.--In Jimmy Banks nine years as head coach of the MSOE men&#146;s soccer program, Edgewood has always given him problems and finally, he crossed that hurdle. On Tuesday, September 30, the Raiders defeated the Edgewood Eagles 2-1 on the road in Madison, Wis. 

In the 78th minute of play, John Varebrook scored the second and game winning goal as the Raiders defeated the Eagles for the first time in Bank&#146;s career and only the second time in MSOE&#146;s 14 prior meetings with Edgewood.

Maio, a 5-9 junior, placed second at the Concordia Wisconsin Falcon Invitational this past
Saturday with a time of 26:09.62 in the 8K event. The Raiders finished second in the team standings as well.</description>
