Help Desk Technician

Job Description
The Help Desk Technician provides front-line support to inbound requests and will conduct initial troubleshooting on a wide range of technology issues. Technicians will dedicate time on phone and web or email requests and will escalate unresolved requests to higher tiers. This position will require On-site Help Desk Window and printer support.
