Job Description

The custodial services department is hiring several students to join the custodial team in maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout campus.   

Responsibilities:

  •  Daily routine cleaning tasks
  •  Detail cleaning of all surfaces
  • Floor care: Scrubbing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, as well as carpet care
  •  Event set ups, clean up, portering
  •  Use of all custodial equipment and machinery (training will be provided)

Qualifications:

  •  Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted
  •  Work independently as well as part of a team
  •  Timely, follow directions, meet deadlines

Primary schedule is Monday – Friday 6AM – 2:30PM.  Occasional weekend hours to include some 2nd shift hours.
