Student Application Participation Agreement: MSOE Senior Design Scholars

I, (student applicant), if selected to be a senior design scholar, will satisfy program participation requirements and commitments as outlined in the Senior Design Scholars Program description. I also understand that the program dates will be during the school year and may require me to leave school early or for part of the day so that I can come to Milwaukee School of Engineering for team meetings, and it is my responsibility to get the appropriate consents/approvals. *
