MSOE’s new Game Room is officially open! The space is complete with pool tables, ping pong tables, foosball tables, a pinball machine, two arcade games that hold more than 500 games on each device, as well as virtual reality headsets and games.

To help celebrate the new space, MSOE students, faculty and staff are invited to the Game Room Grand Opening on Wednesday, Feb. 15 from noon to 1 p.m. Participants can be a part of the ribbon cutting ceremony followed by testing out the new games and enjoying snacks and music in the Game Room.

The Game Room is located on the third floor of the Campus Center next to the Spitzer Dining Commons. The space was previously occupied by MSOE’s bookstore, which relocated to the first floor of the Campus Center. The Game Room provides new opportunities for students to gather with friends, meet with clubs and orgs, and hang out with one another. The retro arcade games mixed with the tabletop games and VR headsets provide a touch of the old and new and offer a little something for everyone.
