The annual Women Developing Wisconsin Conference returns to the Milwaukee School of Engineering campus Thursday, April 28 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The conference promotes leadership and provides learning and networking opportunities to empower women in male-dominated industries. The theme for 2022 is “Grow Your Effectiveness.”  

Kimberly Kane will deliver the keynote address, “Empowering Wisconsin Women – Fueling Your Career from a Place of Purpose.” Kane is an award-winning journalist and public relations practitioner, and the president and CEO of Kane Communications Group. Her firm is a purpose-driven public relations, marketing and branding, agency that builds, activates, and protects reputations and drives corporate citizenship for organizations around the world. The company has offices in Milwaukee, Racine and Geneva, Switzerland.   Registration is $85 for professionals and free for students, and includes breakfast, lunch and a day filled with learning, breakout sessions, panel discussions and networking.
