MSOE’s Women Developing Wisconsin (WDW) speaker series continues with Annelise Gerschke, consulting manager for Baker Tilly, discussing Managing Change Personally and Professionally at the next session on June 21 from noon to 1 p.m.

Gerschke is an experienced management and technology consultant delivering successful solutions for clients, focusing on project management, change management, customer experience design and operational improvement with Baker Tilly, a public accounting and consulting firm. She earned her BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and recently completed her professional certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Colorado-Boulder. She is passionate about diversity and equity in the workplace and sustainable business practices.

Hosted by MSOE’s Rader School of Business, WDW focuses on providing learning and networking opportunities to empower women in male-dominated industries. The quarterly WDW virtual speaker series, being held in lieu of an annual conference, includes a variety of learning sessions and an empowerment panel aimed at educating both practitioners and students on emerging topics of interest. Industry focuses include construction business, finance, technology and real estate as well as overall leadership/empowerment for participants to grow professionally.
