Mellowes Residence Hall
Four floors of suite-style housing. Regents Hall was renamed to Mellowes Hall in August 2024.
1121 N. Milwaukee St.
Regents Residence Hall was built in 1990 by Kahler Slater Architects as an addition to what was then RWJ (today's Viets Tower). Thanks to a $2 million gift from MSOE Regent Dr. John A. Mellowes and his wife Linda Mellowes, upgrades have been made to Regents Hall including air conditioning, lobby and new furniture. The residence was officially renamed to Mellowes Hall in their honor.
