Past Projects
Servant-leaders have a fundamental commitment to serving others with integrity and humility.
In 2004, MSOE established the Pieper Family Endowed Chair for Servant-Leadership, thanks to a major gift from the Suzanne and Richard Pieper Family Foundation. Assistant Professor Dr. Michael Sevier currently holds the Pieper Family Endowed Chair for Servant-Leadership. He is responsible for helping integrate this leadership philosophy throughout the social fabric and culture of the university.
The Pieper Family Foundation endowment helps fund projects that enable our students to integrate what they learn in the classroom while practicing the Principles of Servant-Leadership to serve the Milwaukee community and beyond. Servant-leaders have a fundamental commitment to serving others with integrity and humility while encouraging excellence and growth in those whom they lead.

MSOE is excited to offer a variety of service and volunteer opportunities for students, faculty, staff and alumni to help expand our reach with the Milwaukee community!
